This is the beginning of a smaller compliment to Defensive Postures. I don’t know how many pictures of drones there are on the internet, but we are fix in’ to find out. This Cape Weaver picture was irresistible for it’s lighting. I ended up taking the flower pic myself, mostly because it was difficult to find a flower shot with a big old squarish shadow on it.

Escape/Complete or Tiger Cycle
Shiny, Shiny, Shiny. I’m having fun with this new off shoot of Defensive Postures. Which is strange, because thinking about the illogically couched logical conclusions of the series makes me sad. The titling of this piece was in reference to video games. You yourself escape, you also complete somebodies business plan. the act of getting away powers the machine. In other news, on my vacation I went to Dick’s Classic Garage in San Marcos, Texas and the San Antonio Zoo. Loaded up on Pics.
In A Vacuum.
This painting is a massive redux. I removed a kimonoed figure and replaced it with a giant tiger head. This necessitated working a lot bigger than I was used to, but I like the results.
My third sushi print is still available at Guzu Gallery. Go buy it, Won’t yoooooou?
